Accessibility

Here at Oldroyd’s Corner we work together with Beverley Garden Centre to ensure that all our visitors, whatever their ability, can gain the most from their visit and have the best possible access to our facilities and services. We are committed to giving first class customer service and ensuring that you have the best possible day with us.

Parking

Disabled Parking bays occupy 10% of the total parking area at Beverley Garden Centre, situated nearest to the entrance, these bays are on flat ground and have a tarmac surface. The parking bays start at approximately 10m from the entrance facilities.

Access Within The Garden

The Garden Centre Shop, Plant Sales and Coffee Shop all cater for visitors with disabilities, and there is disabled access throughout Beverley Garden Centre and hard pressed gravel, one-levelled paths throughout the Show Gardens for wheelchair users.

Strategically placed seating to relax and unwind are dotted here and there for your comfort.

Toilets

We have ample toilet facilities in Beverley Garden Centre, including left and right hand transfer disabled toilets for wheelchair users and ambulant visitors, as well as baby changing facilities. 

Assistance Dogs on harnesses are welcome in Oldroyd’s Corner throughout the year and companions who are required to assist disabled visitors are admitted to the gardens free of charge.
